Independent Sports Officials Alliance (ISOA) is committed to training and educating individuals who want to become officials in any sports. We service multiple sports on many levels which includes, youth, rec, flag, semi-pro, etc. In some communities the shortage is critical, and games are being either postponed or cancelled. With our innovative approach, we have designed programs to recruit and retain new officials. ISOA officials protect the integrity of the games that athletes love to play. Being a part of ISOA will help to develop skills, stay in good physical condition, and build relationships to help officials on and off the playing fields.
